Publish a HTML Document Using WS_FTP Determine the URL of a HTML Document

WS_FTP is a Windows-based File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client that allows users to utilize the capabilities of FTP without having to know all the details of the protocol itself. In other words, it allows you to move files between your floppy disk or hard drive to your Polaris account using a windows interface. WS_FTP Limited Edition is available free of charge for students, faculty members, and staff members of educational institutions.  To Download WS_FTP go to http://www.wsftp.com and select "download evaluations" from the toolbar at the top of the website. Enter your contact information and select WS_FTP LE 5.08 from the product list.  Then follow the on-screen instructions to downloading the file.  After you have downloaded the program, you must double-click on the file name (ws_ftple.exe) to initiate the installation process.
