They offer faculty an online course in how to use the online library, will work with faculty individually, and they are willing to attend face-to-face classes to give students tutorials on use of the library. In addition, they will arrange copyright permissions for journal articles and make links to these available within the Reserved Readings link on your WebTycho class menu.
