The best time to order is two weeks before classes begin. Once classes have begun, fax orders are generally processed and shipped the following day. At times, phone orders cannot be accepted. Although every effort is made to fill orders within 24 hours, sometimes processing takes up to 72 hours. Orders are shipped by UPS, Monday through Friday. MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Some employer-provided assistance documents are accepted, if made out to Maryland Book Exchange; call bookstore to verify requirements.
